When should I use a Coach?

When you want to move your agency forward. Maybe you have hit a brick wall and want some support to break through it.

Remember, a sportsman has a coach with him all the time to focus his game, perform at his peak and help him achieve his goals. The same is true in your agency and for you.


According to a recent report published by gov.uk, companies that seek external support are 94% more likely to successfully grow.

 
 

How does the coaching process work?

I typically work with clients on a monthly basis.  Face to face - I usually meet once a month for 2-3 hours. Online clients can be once or twice a month for 1-2 hours.


This is enough time to do some meaningful work but not so much that it becomes intrusive on your 'day job'.  You get a set of notes from me with clear actions that you need to complete before our next session.  You also get access to all the relevant tools and templates that will help move the coaching process forward.

 
 

How Long Do I need A Coach For?

Good question and it varies from client to client.  Some clients need a specific piece of work completing and want a coach/mentor to help drive that forward, so it could be just for 6 months.  Some want a trusted advisor by their side so the intervention can be longer.


A minimum time you should commit to is 3-months.  This will allow us to do some meaningful work together.
