Coaching/mentoring (sometimes known as Executive or Personal coaching) is a way to help individuals set and achieve goals to improve focus and performance and to bring ‘the best version of themselves’ to the office.  It is also great for owner/managers to get support and create accountability to ensure they stay focused and move their business forward.

I usually work with clients for a few hours face to face per month (although also offer SKYPE coaching) for a set period of time (usually 6-12 months) on a specific project.  It’s a cost effective way to get some external support to help you move your business forward.
